Qualifications

  • Final Year student in Marketing/Business/Communication/Management
  • Great communication skills (proactive) and well-groomed
  • Have the ability to think critically, analytically and creatively
  • Familiar with using social media, photo/video editing applications, presentations/Canva is a plus point
  • Great in data (Ms. Excel) and composing proposals and emails
  • Positive can-do mindset to solve problems in a dynamic work environment
  • Detail oriented & have a keen eye for visual design (brochures, videos)
  • Fast-response & willing to work side-to-side with Director & GM at Green Lake City Office

Job Descriptions

  • Assist the Director (Sales) in customer follow-up, carry out product updates to customers
  • Assist the Director (Sales) to maintain relationships with customers
  • Assist the Director (Sales) in research and data processing
  • Liaise with customers and vendors
  • Create proposals, presentations, documents, marketing content, and product research
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to leaders
  • Other tasks assigned by superiors (Director & GM)
